Elizabeth & Eric – Tewksbury Country Club Wedding | Tewksbury, Massachusetts

Elizabeth and Eric’s wedding at Tewksbury Country Club was my final event for the 2016 season. They were another referral from a friend. Elizabeth & Eric wanted to have a moment together before the ceremony, but he still wanted to wait to see her for the first time when she came down the aisle. We decided to use one of the doorways for them to have a “first touch” and have a few minutes to talk and relax before the ceremony started. It was super sweet and made for some adorable pictures!

Tewksbury Country Club is another venue I have been to a few times. There is a suite for the bridal party to get ready, and multiple spaces to use throughout the day. They use the stone bridge out in the back of the building as a unique spot to hold outdoor ceremonies. Unfortunately it was raining (yet again!) so their ceremony had to be moved indoors. Luckily we had a few minutes later in the night where it cleared up for some photos!

Emily & Stephen – Cruiseport Gloucester & Stage Fort Park Wedding | Gloucester, MA

I spent a lot of time at Cruiseport Gloucester this wedding season! It’s only appropriate that I would have my second to last wedding of the season there. Emily & Stephen held their ceremony at their church, followed by photos at Stage Fort Park in Gloucester. Since I love to shoot photos on the beach there, we headed that way. What we didn’t know was that we would end up walking through a giant bike race course! Luckily the race was over, but we had to maneuver our way through all the barriers to get to the beach. We finished up their portraits and headed to Cruiseport Gloucester for their reception. They had a wonderful night surrounded by family and friends!

Nicole & Tom – Barn at Gibbet Hill Wedding | Groton, Massachusetts Wedding Photographer

Nicole and Tom had a beautiful church wedding ceremony at the First Parish of Groton. It was followed by their reception at the Barn at Gibbet Hill. We lucked out and had beautiful weather all day! We even took advantage of the beautiful foliage. You get a small window for foliage pictures around here and I’m glad we caught it at the right time!

Jennifer & Kyle – Groveland Fairways Wedding | Groveland, Massachusetts

Early October weather in New England can be very finicky. This wedding season was no exception, and started off with many rainy wedding days. As always, we didn’t let that stop us and made the best of it! On the upside, cloudy days make the perfect light for portraits. Groveland Fairways has great photo spots inside and out, so we had no problem creating beautiful photos!

Jennifer & Kyle live in Las Vegas, but decided to have their wedding back in their home area with family and friends. Everyone had such a wonderful time celebrating together!

Shannon & John – Tuckerman Hall Wedding | Worcester, Massachusetts

When your couple are both in theater, it makes for quite an epic wedding! Shannon & John are one of the most outgoing couples I’ve met and I looked forward to their wedding from the moment they booked. Their wedding was at Tuckerman Hall in Worcester, Massachusetts. John even sang opera (without a microphone) at the reception!

Karen & Chris – Bournedale Function Facility Wedding | Plymouth, Massachusetts

Karen & Chris didn’t let the pouring down rain dampen their wedding day! Even if their outdoor ceremony had to be moved inside, they made the best of it and had an amazing day at the Bournedale Function Facility in Plymouth, Massachusetts. We got lucky though, and had a few breaks in the weather for some outdoor portraits!

Melissa & Kevin – Red Barn at Outlook Farm Wedding | South Berwick, Maine

Shira & Jeff – Cambridge Multicultural Arts Center Wedding | Cambridge, MA Wedding Photographer

Shira & Jeff were married at the Cambridge Multicultural Arts Center in Cambridge, Massachusetts. They are a quiet yet quirky couple who wanted to have a lot of fun with their wedding photos. Luckily they did a first look, and made plenty of time to get wedding party photos done prior to the ceremony. I knew it would be a fun day when I bonded with Jeff and the groomsmen over the Fast and the Furious movies! They had many personal touches throughout their reception from an Oreo cookie & milk bar to wedding pies in place of the wedding cake. Jennifer & Mark – OceanCliff Resort Wedding | Newport, Rhode Island Wedding Photographer

Jennifer & Mark had a beautiful seaside wedding in Newport, Rhode Island. Their ceremony was held in a church in town, we took photos at a park on the water, and then they held their reception at OceanCliff Resort, overlooking Narragansett Bay. The weather was being typically New England. From sun, to rain, to fog all within a few hours, but it was a beautiful day no matter what! Even the seagulls wanted to take part in the seafood at the outdoor cocktail hour 🙂

I got to know Jennifer and Mark when we took their engagement photos near their vacation home on the Cape. It had been a foggy day that day too! It made for some beautiful beach photos 🙂

Katie & Tony – Ipswich Country Club Wedding | Ipswich, Massachusetts

I’ve shot many weddings at the Ipswich Country Club over the last few years, and love every one of them! Katie & Tony’s wedding day was no exception. The Ipswich Country Club is close to my home base, has a great staff, and beautiful grounds for outdoor ceremonies and photos. Katie & Tony celebrated their wedding with a great group of guests on a beautiful summer day. They even embraced their height difference in a cute and funny way. Katie surprised Tony by making him wait for the first kiss, and stepping up on a stool. I always love outgoing couples with fun and quirky ideas!
